How quickly does my order ship?
- Orders usually take 1-2 days to process and ships out via UPS, Fedex, or USPS. In-stock items should take around 1-2 days transit time for delivery. Select items may take longer
Can you ship internationally?
- No. We currently ship only to the continental United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, PO boxes, or Military APOs. For our full shipping policy, please click here.
Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes, orders over $50 instantly qualify for free shipping.
- Orders under $50 will be charged a flat $15 fee.
What do I do if part of my order is missing or was damaged during transit?
- Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order so we can set up an exchange or ship replacement parts. Please take pictures of the damages or defects and send us a copy when you contact us.
What is your return policy?
- Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. For our full Return Policy, please click here.
- Select items like masks and other sanitizers are non-returnable.

What forms of payment do you accept?
- We accept credit card payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB. You can also checkout with Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
- We do offer bulk pricing (usually starts at 10 items). Our customers range from individual consumers, to small offices, nonprofits, office trailers, schools, big corporations, and government agencies. Please contact us for inquiries on bulk orders.
